Staff was nice and absolutely loved that they allowed pets. It was the last trip that I made with my dog, before he crossed the rainbow bridge. I'll share those memories forever.

It’s HORRIBLE, so bad, the don’t show the real pictures, the rooms are terrible, doesn’t has a sink it’s a concrete thing not hot water, smell the humidity every where in the room, old saggy bed, not elevator, this is by far the worst place I have ever seen. Do your self a favor STAY AWAY OF IT

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo con mi familia en este hotel y es excelente la limpieza, el servicio de los chicos que apoyan en el estacionamiento las instalaciones el servicio a la habitación es bueno y el restaurante también es muy bueno. Sin embargo la actitud de las recepcionistas deja mucho que desear. Si no esta la encargada son poco atentas y groseras.

El hotel en efecto es básico, pero esto no significa que no cuenta con las amenidades, espacios y servicios necesarios para hacer de la estancia algo disfrutable. El personal es atento y amable. Las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones están limpias, siempre que hacen el aseo dejan jabón, shampoo, toallas limpias y rollos nuevos de papel de baño, además aguas de cortesía. El servicio al cuarto es rápido y eficiente. Además tiene relativamente cerca playas más limpias que las cercanas al puerto y rutas de transporte que acercan al Malecón y el Centro. Mi familia y yo quedamos satisfechos con la atención.

El lugwr es tal cual, básico para lo que necesitas, limpio, la atención delxpersonal muy buena, la comida del restaurante de buen sabor y precio. El único tema es el agua de la alberca, un par de veces pedí la limpiaran por que se ve sumamente sucia, me dojerocwue lo iban a hacer pero el agua eataba igual, lamentablemente no pude utilizarla
