Amazing hotel. Super clean. Great service. Highly recommend. The ONLY minor thing was the food is the same throughout the entire resort and it was hit or miss on some of the items. Would still stay here again!

This is a fantastic property. Even with COVID19 restrictions, the level of service is very high. Food quality at NAK at Cafe des Artistes is very high. I’d like to commend in particular Taddeo at UA and NAK: for such a young person, he demonstrates service skills way beyond his age and his experience. He’s very attentive, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Also, Rodrigo and Rigoberto did an excellent job and should be commended. We traveled with a toddler, and the whole staff was super attentive to her: in particular, Sofia at UA went out of her way to feel us welcomed and entertain our daughter. i experienced an awesome treatment at the spa at the ends of Jorge: highly recommended for his professionalism and skills. He made the massage extra special. Johnny at the Griffin Club pool is a star in making guests feel welcome, and Oscar is a very prompt and personable attendant who excels in his attentiveness. We had a couple of misunderstandings with our order, which management handled very promptly and effectively, thus I must commend management for that.
The food was excellent and the waiters wonderful. The problem started with the swim up bar as the sign read from 2-4 margaritas for $10 usd. We ordered 3 different flavors bartender tried to us and extra $10. Because of the different flavors however the signed sis not indicate one flavor. The next URGE disaster was the water STOPPED RUNNING in building . We could not shower , brush our teeth etc. Marriott offered us points really especially when the room cost was over $300 usd. I felt they should have discounted the room in usd 1/2 price or free.
Property was a bit dated. Restaurant selection was ok. Pool area decent.
