Right in the heart of the town. Easy to get to things. Room was a bit musty and the sink in the bathroom has no hot water hooked up. Otherwise an enjoyable stay for a night, but doubt we'd go back.

Basic good condition hotel with good shower, bottled water and OK breakfast.
I got quiet room (courtyard view) but heard toilet flushing from other room and housekeepers organized their meeting right near my door. Why housekeepers love to speak with each other without paying attention to guests? And one more strange thing: they collect my towels few hours before check out, I have no towel to dry my hands after washing. Also not ‘Do not dusturb’ door sign there.

Hotel is ok. I was assigned a room at the front of building which faced to an extremely busy and noisy avenue. Noise all night long. Room had roaches. Bathroom has an awkward design which makes it not too funcional. Elevator did not work one morning. Breakfast was nice and hotel restaurant personnel very attentive.

Super nice hotel with all the things I need.
I like this hotel very much. It’s the second time I stay here and it’s been the best so far. The size is perfect for me to move around and not hit my pinky toe. The bed is delicious, perfect to sleep and feel rested. It includes a very delicious breakfast to start my day. I feel pampered every time I’m here.

Beware not a good hotel
We were in the hotel for a few nights and we came to the hotel around midnight. When we went to the room, there were ants on the bed. When we told the staff, they were rude and said that they would just spray the room since there were no other rooms available. Unfortunately I had to stay there the night because of the time. The next day, they ended up taking the mattress away. i still had one night left, since I paid cash, it was hard getting my refund for the last night. I had to pay for the night that I slept in the room with the ants. We never go back!!

Loud!!
Hard beds, terribly noisy AC, false advertising about the restaurant, walls were filthy, bad lock on the door. Just not a good place but I guess it was inexpensive and they are pet friendly which was why we stayed there. There is a huge fenced in lot for dogs to run in. That was really the only good part.

Great location and good breakfast
Very good location within 5 mins walk from ADO bus station and 10-15 min walk to main plaza and the river side park and teleferico. Breakfast was good with made-to-order eggs and other hot breakfast items. The rooms are all different and the Single Room was a bit small and was more expensive booking through Expedia ($37 for single on Feb 10, 2016)) compared to walk-up price which is about 6 or 7 dollars cheaper. There's an OXXO (mini-market) right next to the hotel for water, beer, and snacks. Orizaba is a lovely town and well-worth a visit!
