Very bad experience that I had to change rooms 3 different times because all the rooms we're very dirty bathroom looked like it had not been washed in months, carpet was dirty. Everything was dirty all around. I didn't even have batteries in my remote. They told me that I had to fill out a complaint in order to get batteries for my remote for the t. V Would not recommend? I was disappointed with the staff, after our long flight I ask if we can check in 10 minutes before 3pm. Front desk staff stayed no, she claimed our room was not ready. Later that day we find out by housekeeping staff, our room had been vacant for the last few days. We ended up checking in at 3:10pm because many other people were trying to check in all at the same time. Also the gym equipment was broken, I was very disappointed.
