The hotel itself is in a good location for business wise but the room it needs a bit of TLC. I will definitely stay there again and hopefully I will see the good changes.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for. No air conditioning just a fan. The second night we stayed the TV didn’t work and the staff, Abigail, said they would have to look into it the next day. This was 9:00 pm. No one to help at 9pm. Ridiculous! I would recommend this hotel if you are just sleeping and leaving the next day.

El único problema es que no tiene agua caliente, solo esta media templada

El baño con agua fría por la noche no fue muy agradable (no estaba caliente), el personal de recepción era el mismo que atendía el restaurante por lo que hubo que esperar un rato, no había servicio de botones (apoyo para subir las maletas). Todos muy amables, a ellos mis felicitaciones.
