Clean but not advisable with kids

Went as part of a sports team for a tournament (kids were all 12). Would not recommend with children for more than a night, we all felt the kids were kinda unwelcome and were given a lot of no’s- no splashing in the pool, no playing on the roof turf area, not allowed in the gym, also No outside food allowed outside of the room which made being in a group tricky for wanting to hang out together- which we had specifically told the hotel at the time of booking and they were fine with hosting a big group with (appropriately) noisy kids. Positives: a la cart food was good (usually just took a veeeeery long time to come) and the hotel was very clean! Staff barely spoke English which made things complicated!

Read the issues we faced before booking with them.

Worst experience ever . I have a list of never ending issues: 1: Out of service pool heat. 2.Telephone never worked or it was intentionally blocked by the management team. I complained several times but no action was taken ever. I had to walk down for towels , bath tissues. 3. Big time liars straight to my family’s face. No housekeeping was provided for several days. 4. They decided to turn off the water supply for the whole day without prior notice and didn’t give a damn about notifying us. We spent all day in the hotel and then they used this for not cleaning out room again. 5. The management literally told us to leave the hotel if we were not happy despite we prepaid for the hotel room. 6. The management told us to pay for the tissues because we requested for the days the rooms were not cleaned . 7. Zero hospitality ethics despite all of the staff is roaming around in suits and calling them self executive class . Funny mess. 8. Be prepared to get tortured daily for various issues in case you plan to book here. We decided to move to a different hotel before our checkout date as it was messing up our visit to Leon on vacation.

Hotel Noite was a great experience 👌 it was very clean. Great staff! Great morning buffeet every day we were there! I really enjoyed the view from the bar/pool on the top floor. Overall excellent experience. My only complain is that when we fisrt arrived the lady at the front desk insisted that the hotel stay had not been paid which I told her was not true as I had paid in advance she charged my card only to call me back after I checked in to tell me she had made a mistake and that I was correct. She said she would return the payment to my card and that it would take 72 hrs. We stayes at Hotel Noite for 7 days and I never received my money back! I had to make a claim at my bank for this refund.
