Amazing, Beautiful, Best Staff and Spa
This boutique hotel is beautiful. We have stayed here a total of 9 or so days. We have stayed in rooms 2, 4 and 8. Each room is at a different price point and every single one of them is gorgeous. This last trip (room 8) our room had a patio with a beautiful view of the city and Paroquia. The bed, cleanliness, connectivity, water pressure and temperature were excellent. I could go on about the hotel and its restaurant (best view of SMA) and the spa but the REAL MAGIC is the incredible staff at all levels. I would like to particularly recognize three simply INCREDIBLE staff members: Samantha, Cesar and the masseuse Agueda. Incredible staff! Look no further and stay here!

We received an upgrade upon arrival, without even asking. Our suite had a beautiful bathroom, including soaking bath with property provided bath salts and bubble bath! The property had a lovely rooftop restaurant with exceptional food, and probably the best view in the city. Romantic vibe with highly attentive staff. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful building; super clean, safe, classy (details and decoration) and convenient. This place is a architecture treasure, as well as its view of Sn. Miguel de Allende’s landscape. The only missing part is the kitchen service, which is not available; the restaurant at the roof belongs to a different administration. Looking forward to stay here on my next visit to this beautiful town.

So Elegant
One of the finest hotels I have stayed in. The decor is amazing and the service is amazing. Almost like having our own personal concierge. There are only 8 rooms and the Master suite is so worth it. The private patio alone is worth the price of admission. Samantha took care of anything we needed and was friendly and always had a smile. Love this place and will return whenever we come to SMA. Secret tip, the rooftop patio at the restaurant here is actually the best view in the city.

Excelente Hotel en San Miguel de Allende
Después de realizar un comparativo de hoteles de San Miguel, nos decidimos por este hotel boutique, el cual realmente fue la mejor opción, ya que esta muy bien ubicado (a una cuadra del Rosewood), el cuarto estaba increíble, la cama muy comoda, ropero amplio, Smart TV grande, una bocina Alexa, el baño con tina muy amplio, mucho lujo en el cuarto y baño, aparte desde que estabamos en la carretera rumbo a San Miguel me pude dar cuenta de la amabilidad y disposición del staff, ya que solo llamándoles me ayudaron a conseguir a una maquillista para mi novia en solo 10 minutos, en mi estadía me ayudaron pidiéndome taxis, que la verdad les recomiendo que se muevan por taxis y no con sus carros, es mas rápido y mas fácil, y me ayudaron con reservaciones en los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad. Otro gran plus que tiene el Hotel, es que nosotros fuimos a una boda, como mucha gente, entonces el día de la boda y que fueron las maquillistas al hotel para atender a mi novia, el hotel cuenta con instalaciones tipo salon de belleza y la atendieron ahi, con música, refrigerios y agua, un día también conocimos a los dueños, quienes son muy amables, incluso nos dieron un tour por todo el hotel y nos enseñaron el SPA que tienen dentro del hotel, el cual es muy completo. Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel.
