Our condo is very bright and comfortable and we are right on the beach with an incredible ocean view.!! Beachfront resort property, one of a kind- furnished 1 bedroom , 1 bathroom condo on the rarely available 2nd floor level; makes it easy to walk to your unit from the pool & beach. Incredible Ocean views from the terrace, just a few steps from the private beach with shaded palapas and a very large pool area with: 4 inter-connected swimming pools ( 2 heated). Our beach is flat and you can walk for miles; great swimming and boogie boarding!  There are plenty of wonderful restaurants all within walking distance of our condo; or you can eat in- and enjoy all the "home like" supplies we have in the condo! Villa Magna Residences ( Tower 3) building is also connected to the "Dreams" resort; for a Fee- you can also enjoy onsite: dining in the 4 restaurants, spa, tennis, gym and other amenites ( Prices vary and an account must be set up with Dreams Villa Magna concierge). We are in a private gated community, 24 hour security, private beach. Ten minutes walk to Paradise Village Plaza with: grocery stores, liquor store, banks, restaurants, shopping, doctors and medical 24 hours; or short taxi to major grocery stores. Village marina with sail boats, snorkeling and fishing tours and water taxi to Old town downtown. 15 minutes to airport and 20 minutes to downtown by taxi.
