We were able to go to a Twins game close by, then the next day go to Walker Art Center, Como Park Zoo & Conversatory. We also checked out the Midtown Global Market to find all kinds of different food and market vendors all under one roof.

Even with a blizzard going on, we had an enjoyable walk around the area after the TWolves game at night. At no point did we feel threatened or concerned. All in all, it was an extremely enjoyable night.

"Enjoyed the location of the hotel. Lots of restaurants near by. Near the highway so easy on and off for traveling to further areas. Staff were excellent. The hotel lobby could be noisier than most other hotel lobbies but we did notice a lot of families staying in the hotel. Would stay again!"
Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Minneapolis Downtown

"Staff was wonderful! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, wish there would have been breakfast meat to go along with the eggs, but overall it was good. Lots of toppings for oatmeal and waffles. Be aware if you get a room facing downtown, you may encounter traffic noise all night long. Also to note, the parking lot in the back, backs up to a Salvation Army center and there were many homeless. We didn’t feel unsafe, but it’s something to note. It’s a nice clean hotel and the staff and great. We would stay again."
"This was a very conveniently located property, close to public transportation, walkable areas, and always clean. Tabby was fantastic during check-in and check-out! I would stay here again!"
