Warning: Do stay here! Nightmare experience, if yo
Warning: Stay away from here! Absolute worst hotel experience ever! The valet lost my rental car key ruining all my plans on my trip. The office manager Ellen Fargo was rude and incompetent in resolving my issues. I felt she was discriminating against me and clearly didn’t care about me or my experience. She even canceled my tow request. On top of loosing the key, the tow truck driver crashed the car. The management David although was great to talk to and accommodating in response to listening. I never got my rental car fee’s and damages refunded for the car expenses as agreed. They agreed to Fed Ex a refund of the car immediately including the cost of the tow, but it never happened. It’s going on two weeks and no one ever returned my phone calls, no Fed Ex or check has been issued. I attempted over 12 times to reach managers without any of them returning my calls. I pray you never have a problem because they won’t fix. On the 5th day of my stay they found the rental car key, a valet worker took home in her pocket. I lost out on my vacation experiences due to dealing with the domino effects of placing a claim for damages and the trauma of waiting on a tow drive for over 24hrs Only to watch the car be damaged by the tow man. After reflecting on the entire experience they owe me a refund for my flights as well. The entire experience ruined my vacation causing me stress, anxiety and such a huge disappointment. What a disaster!!!
