The room and hotel were great. Stayed overnight and went to a concert. The only problem was parking. They don't have valet parking which is fine, BUT the parking garage connected to the hotel was very small and there were not any spots available. We checked-in between 4:00 - 5:00. We had to park in another structure a block away and pay a little more because of it.

Be sure to refuse an atrium-facing room!
We liked the hotel, HOWEVER, we were given an atrium-facing room with no window to the outside. We had to keep the curtains drawn shut the entire time because the atrium-facing window faced the hallway so people would be able to see in our room otherwise! So we were in cave-like conditions the entire time with total darkness day and night! So unpleasant!

Overall everything was amazing. Check in was easy. Staff was so friendly. Room was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The ONLY negative...which is small. The room lighting is not great to do makeup in. But that is the only negative thing i can say. Would 100% book again.
