Value for money B & B
Value for money Guest House close to the city centre. Steps up to the front door and the limited parking is at the back with steps down to the rear entrance. Need to pre-book a parking space as street parking is almost non existent. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful and were able to recommend a very nice Italian restaurant for dinned.

Gorgeous Stay
We had a night in Edinburgh after a business trip to Glasgow. I've been to Edinburgh before but wasn't too sure about the location and was worried about the guest house being too far away from the centre of town as I was traveling with my mother. On arrival, our room wasn't ready, but the host was lovely and kept our bag safe, gave us the keys and clear instructions of how to get to town by bus. She was very friendly and sweet. The house is gorgeous, the room we had was so spacious and there were lots of little touches like shampoo and moisturiser which felt like I was at home. Breakfast was great. There was scrambled eggs and a good selection of vegetables along with the usual cereal, yoghurt, fruit as well as pancakes and lots of condiments. I was set for the day. The location is super quiet and there are a lot of options of pub or restaurant around for lunch or evening meals. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others there as well.

Too far of a walk uphill (22 min) to all the actio
Too far of a walk uphill (22 min) to all the action. Although there are two city buses around the corner that run every 20-30 minutes. Shared bathrooms were very busy. Breakfast and staff were very good.

We booked a 3 bed room the was comfortable for 3 adults (would also work for family with 2 kids). The hotel was conveniently located about a half mile walk to Edinburgh castle. Simone was a helpful and attentive host and the breakfast service ws very good.

The guest house was good value for money with helpful staff. Only small negative is that it is at the bottom of a steep hill leading to town centre but good bus route to Princes Street

Brilliant welcome, lovely architecture, top marks!
My 2 workers came back from their business trip raving about it and want to stay there themselves on family trips in future. Nowhere else in Edinburgh will now do!
