good location, right in the city center, clean enough and fresh bed of the minuses there were not enough charging points there was an unpleasant moment, the cleaning staff mistakenly took away a soft toy along with bed linen (the people thought they left), but then everything was very quickly decided and given back

Better communication
Clean and friendly staff. Great to have a toilet and shower room actually in the room, all be that the shower room was very small. The only bad thing which I could say was that despite two emails and several calls which no one answered, no one got back to me to see if my request of a lower bunk would happen, I have mobility issues. I was pleased that a lower bunk request was accommodated once I got there but as said, no one got back to me to actually inform me. Better communication would be better. And can someone please answer the phone!

I could be fine with being charged extra for bedsheet and pillowcase. The lack of charging ports(2) in the room is disgustingly dissatisfying.how am I charge my devices against the rest of 10 people? I find it shocking that a hostel doesn’t provide or sell padlock, tho they kindly have a safety locker for guests, charging by hours. There is no communal area for work or casually meeting people.
