Great location, within easy reach of most major tourist attractions, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Best of all, the airport bus terminal is less than a five-minute walk away! The only downside is that you need to climb a flight of stairs from the ground floor to reach the reception desk on the first floor, which can be challenging for travelers with heavy or oversized luggage. However, for those traveling light, this shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, a very convenient place to stay!

The room was clean and super convenient for our needs. Located in old town, across from Waverly Station and close to St Andrew Square tram stop made for easy access to transportation around Scotland and the city. AirPort Express bus stop is a cross the street as well making getting to nd from airport really easy. Cozy bar area and dining as well. Walking to main sites was about 15 minutes or so to royal Mile access to castle and so on.

Very good location, easy to visit Castle,Holywood House,Royal Mile ,shops and restaurants. Room and bathroom on the small side but clean and comfortable. The room was quite noisy early morning from outside sources. Standard buffet breakfast, we didn't eat any other meals at hotel but drinks reasonably priced.
