Lovely stay - would recommend
We don't live too far from the hotel - but decided we would have a 'local night in' and see what it was like for ourselves. We had a lovely spacious and comfortable room on the 2nd floor. The service was good - and friendly - breakfast was lovely! Would definitely recommend staying if you're thinking about it.

The hotel itself was nice inside and staff were pleasant. The bedroom was a bit different. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were awful and lumpy. The bathroom was grubby. The shower door was hanging off, the toilet seat was loose. There was marks of some sort all up the wall and door. The view was nice of the castle but the window was thick with black furry mould! Breakfast the next day was fine. A nice selection of continental and fruit and hot food was brought out on request. £10 for parking!

We weren't happy with the hidden £10 charge for parking, also we got rudely woken up by a member of staff even though the "Dinney Disturb" sign was on the door. That really wasn't ok.
