I like the area where this hotel is situated, it’s in the centre which makes it very easy to move around. The hotel itself was good , staffs were very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend and would stay here again if I visit cancun in the near future . Well done !!

Crazy check-in rules. Everyone waiting in the lobby at 3pm for your name to be called. But a good hotel at a great price for the area. Close enough to everything you need but away from the noise of the Coco Bongo area.

Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE!!!

Our stay here was wonderful!!! The hotel was immaculate, the bed was soooo comfortable, the shower was amazing, the drinks were made with fresh fruit, and the staff were super helpful and caring towards my 6 yr old son who suffered a head injury while we were in Cancun. My only complaint is that the 2nd elevator was out of service (though they were working on it every day!!) and the pool isn’t heated, but many of the pools in Cancun aren’t, so this wasn’t much of a surprise.

Did not like rooftop bar with no seating and slow service. I declined to get a free drink. Would rather pay for nicer experience. Sad that this is strongly advertised and poorly set up. Overall, I would rather pay more and have nicer hotel but appreciate the cheaper option.

Bien pero pueden mejorar muchas cosas

Es muy céntrico el hotel, es complicado el tema de las bebidas, diario fue el mismo desayuno y eso cansa cuando vas muchos días, además de que después de las 10 am ya no puedes desayunar, teníamos que pedir constantemente nos limpiaran la habitación, los meseros y bartenders muy amables y amenos en comparación de recepción, las camas y almohadas son cómodas, el aire funciona bien, hay muy pocos canales en la TV, y no hay ventilación natural en el cuarto.
