Rude staff
Very rude staff. Wouldn’t let us check in with My state interim ID, also wouldn’t help me cancel booking and still charged me.

Lobby is only open from 11am to 7pm, usually. Very noisy and dilapidated. Only ONE toilet paper roll and one tiny soap bar. After that, go buy your own. No coffee pot and no hair dryer. Rules are overwhelming. I felt more like a tenant than a guest 😟

I booked a suite, there was roaches all over, in the closet, on the bed, bathroom and everywhere, I could not sleep fearing they would crawl on me, I was traumatized. I booked for 5 nights, I did not sleep the first night because I work at night in the hospital, I am a traveling nurse that is why I booked that hotel, it was near to the hospital.

The place is a dump. Paint chipped off the walls, uncomfortable and cheap mattress. No chair to sit in. Lihht fixture did not work. The only thing it hadgoing for it was it was half the price of anywhere else.

I have never been treated so bad in my many stays here . It’s ridiculous to be treated so bad so rude . My room is leaking water from the roof bugs all over and yet I stayed . Then after working 12 hours I get here before 7 and was told I have to pay more and rudely told she is too busy to go over options I’ve spent many nights here and this is not right to be treated this way . Never to return again

Disappointed
Room was clean but smells of mold in the ac. They had our car towed for no reason and acted like they didn’t. The stove would shock you while cooking. Curtains had holes in them where you could see daylight. They don’t provide toilet paper. And only clean rooms if your staying over 7 days. This was my first experience staying in a extended stay. I don’t care how cheap they are I will not stay at the Intown extended suites again.
