Nice but elevators are SUPER unreliable!
It's a very nice hotel and very convenient to Universal. We had a nice room and enjoyed our stay BUT the issue with this hotel is the elevators! OMG! They are all broke, or one or two doesn't work! We were on the 6th floor so we walked down the stairs most days but one day we had to walk up. Not what you're expecting after a FULL day at the parks....

The location was great since it was right across from Universal Studios!! The restaurants, ice cream palor, Starbucks, and fire pit was very useful- my only complaint would be how old the carpet looked and how the bathroom could have been better, other than that, I would recommend!
