Hello, our employee who is staying in your property had the worst experience ever! She arrive at 1AM in the morning, had to wait nearly 30 min to get the room key, to find out that the hotel was fully booked and her room given away!!! and then you drive her to another hotel which is not what we hve paid for. We will not pay for this stay from the 26 to the 27th of June and let us know how you will fix this problem as she has been told that your hotel is fully booked!! we have never had such a bad experience.
