Absolutely horrible hotel matched with no manners
While cleanliness was almost excellent, and price was okay, the rest of my experience was horrible. Almost every time I spoke to a front desk employee, (including a supervisor apparently), I was greeted with negative attitudes. A couple of times they smiled, but that's it. Don't be surprised by the false advertising on Hotels.com, when they say the terrace roof and bar is an available amenity, they're only giving access to a certain suite, which is not listed anywhere while booking. You can upgrade for $75 a night, or they will offer the downstairs bar. After the first night of sleep, found a random chapstick on the ground by our bed. No cleaners came in during that time and dropped it, so we slept with somebody's trash. Bathroom is extremely tiny, not meant for anybody 6 foot or taller. I was hit by the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet due to horrible placement. I also nailed my head on the eye-level shower head. My 5'6 girlfriend had trouble with it too. Air conditioner was busted up looking and took a whole night to get the room cold. Bring an iPad for entertainment, as the 20 inch TV with horrible cable connection is horrible. Out of all of the hotels I've stayed at, from NJ, MA, TX and FL, this was by far the worst stay I've had. I was going to ask the front desk for help multiple times, even going over to say hi and bring it up, but was greeted with such horrible attitude, I decided it wasn't worth my breath to try and ask for help. Completely horrible.
