Booked a suite with a king and a queen bed. Did not get a king and told hotel did not have king beds in those rooms. Bathroom and kitchenette were in awful condition. Old and dilapidated.

Nice hotel. Not so nice receptionist
Very nice stay over all. But the front staff woman was very unfriendly. Made us feel very uncomfortable when asking questions. Also crabby the phone when we called down questioning where the workout Roman was located.

Worst experience ever. Employee by the name of Laticia was very unprofessional. I checked out early because of an emergency and she couldn’t have a care in the world. The establishment uses the restaurant next door for valet for overnight and they valet don’t arrive til 9am!!! This was never communicated with the me. The room door wouldn’t shut properly and the TV in the room looked as if it was dropped. I knew I shouldn’t have been cheap and stayed at a better hotel in the area. This definitely should be rated as a 2 star hotel. Doesn’t belong downtown Chicago. Absolutely not up to standards compared to surrounding hotels.
