It’s okay
Not the worst but definitely not the best place to stay. Poorly designed bathroom with even poorer quality products and no housekeeping on the second day despite our request made it less than desirable. The location is very good so that made up for a few disappointments

Disappointing experience
The location gave me an odd vibe from the start, particularly with the closed bars and restaurants in the lobby area. The room itself is fine, but the bed was *incredibly* uncomfortable with horrible pillows. It was not an incredibly warm day, but the AC struggled to keep up. Highlight of the room would be the shower, but that's about it. Absolutely not worth the price I paid for the room.

Not as advertised. Restaurant and bar was closed, when asked our barely responsive staff at check in, she didn’t know or care how long they’ve been closed and was not apologetic. Wanted to book another hotel but was too exhausted from Traveling. Not even a complimentary water.. the two days we stayed not one staff even acknowledged our presence. Felt very unwelcome… could have saved 200 a night and stayed and a Super 8

Meh.
Front desk staff were outstanding! Room was a bit tired. Got locked out of our room which required security to come up and reprogram the lock; it happens; but wasn’t a fan. Wife wasn’t happy that there was no conditioner; and the soaps/shampoo/ etc weren’t replenished when the room was serviced. Like a lot of hotels; the pull the “eco card” to cover for staff shortages related to housekeeping and make you request service. A/C struggled in the room, the keypad only had the auto setting working, so the fan wasn’t behaving, and a quick check of the filter showed that it hadn’t been changed in what looked like…ever. (EW!!) Restaurants and bars were all closed; but due to the fact that they were leased to 3rd parties. I’ve stayed here multiple times under the previous regime and was shocked at the decline.
