Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago
Two couples in the Windy City
The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The stay was very enjoyable overall for both couples that stayed there. The only complaint was one of the bar attendants, a female, who was not very attentive when we were intending to put an enjoyable end to the evening. Otherwise, it was great.

Dependably Good
I recently completed my second stay at this hotel and I am happy to find a consistently good experience. The room is furnished nicely, the bathroom is roomy, and the front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and concerned about assisting in any way they can. Additionally, the location gives me good access to the CTA train lines, retail, and restaurants.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed with!!!!

It was fine, nothing special, nothing exciting. The hallways and carpet were dirty in the elevator and common areas, which is a bit depressing. Also the lobby is very small, so it feels like there is no real service. I probably would not stay here again, but the room was clean.

Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago
Very loud room
I asked for a quiet room and was placed on a back facing room where construction started at 1:00am with devlieries, trash pick up. Two people checked me in so they either didn't know (inexcusable) or didn't care. When I called at 1:00am, they offered to switch my room, so other rooms were clearly available. It is a lovely hotel but a noisy room is a huge issue. FYI...the room came with earplugs on the nightstand, so somebody knew that the room was loud.
