The hotel was right on the beach and on the Main Street. Great location. It’s a part of the cultural difference, I think. They mostly play 80ish American music too loud. All of Holbox is extremely noisy with their music. Definitely unhealthy decibel numbers for us. The place is more for the younger travelers.

Great hotel on the beach and the end of town. The location was perfect for exploring restaurants and bars and the beaches nearby. The rooms were comfortable, great AC and firm bed (which is a very Mexican thing) and kept clean and tidy. The food and drinks served were better than average! But the crowning achievement of this place is the service by the staff - amazing service, friendly, helpful, genuinely warm & welcoming! If you’re American, be sure to tip as is accustomed for excellent service, they earn it! Will recommend to my people and definitely coming back!

Excellent hotel right in the beach Full Bfast is included and you can ask a bag to go if you have a tour or activity set My gf and I got sick as we are on a restaurant outside the hotel. Because of this the staff at the hotel made special food for us that was not on the menu. Shoutout to restaurant manager Arely as well as two of the staff who really took care of us: Majo and Aldana! Thank you for really taking care of us!! We appreciate your help!

Good hotel if you find a good price deal. Nice breakfast compared to other option in area. Polite staff, not intrusive. Central location which is the biggest plus. Life music during the sunset. Rooms smaller than Holbox standard for the basic see view room. Really good WiFi which is unusual. Had problems with hot water every night around 8pm. Cleaning needs a bit improvement but didn’t bother me a lot. Beach front of the hotel is not the nicest one as they have cement waves protection. I would stay again - only for good price.

Great location and people but very loud music
The location is amazing. The stuff is great and very friendly. The food is very good. The only problem is the loud music that blasts from across the street until 3am every day. That place is loud. During the afternoon hours there is loud music blasting from the hotel on the beach, then you will have to deal with the music across the street. This hotel is more for people who want to party. We did not. Other than that, everything else is really great.

This property is good but not great the beach is not very clean & the waiters are not too friendly or just don’t serve you by the beach, water in the shower was too hot or too cold, the cleaning crew didn’t really clean the shower floors, I accidentally drop the bottle of shampoo & never got clean up , it was dangerous slippery, floors weren’t exactly clean either.
