If you are looking for place to stay in Cancun, this is the perfect All Inclusive resort. The employees are all phenomenal! The resort is beautiful. The water is the most amazing blue I have ever seen. Everything was perfect. The only disappointment was the food, but some of it was decent.

The perfect stay
Felipe was our butler for the week he was amazing. There was nothing we asked for that he didnt make happen, from the small things like the aromatherapy smells to making sure we got our laundry back after the storm. The was thoughtful and caring, our next trip we will be requesting him. We did a tequila tasting and Picazo was entertaining, he taught us so much a tequila and im a tequila drinker, he went above an beyond to try and get me the new patron but things out of his control he was not able to but you could tell he was trying everything he could think of. The manager pf the steakhouse was excellent he told us about a steak they set on fire at the table it became our favorite meal( they went above and beyond for my allergies) even with a storm that came through every one smiled and made you feel seen and safe

Fabulous experience! We will definingly be back! The resort has great amenities, food (pleasantly surprised by the steak house and Mexican restaurant -- authentic), and the employees are so fun and helpful. We've been to many all-inclusive all over Mexico and Cancun, and this place is by far my favorite. The entertainment at night is good -- lots of live music, dancing, silent disco, and authentic shows. There is always plenty to do. Shout out to our guy Mauricio, Alejandro at the small pool bar, Tino at the main bar, Alvaro, Jaqulin, and Francisco adn Elias at the sushi bar. Can't wait to come back!

Came for our wedding anniversary and stayed on the club/adults only side. All hotel staff were amazing (except our "butler"). Resort & rooms were clean. Bartenders were great and would remember our drinks. Loved the themed evenings/shows and overall ambiance of the resort. Nice beach area with daybeds and attentive staff. Our "butler" was absolutely useless, communication was very slow and he was off very early on most days, not to mention he never came back to see us after the 1st day - we saw other's butters coming to visit them pool side or in other areas of the resort daily. Would definitely go back!

Our first room was growing mold on the walls so we had to be moved to another room. We enjoyed the room but never met or really communicated with our Butler the entire time. The staff in all of the restaurants were AMAZING! The bartenders at the adult pool were top notch!
