That I noticed, there’s no where to get ice, but they did have a few concessions at the reception desk for purchase. There is a cafe attached to the hotel that has good options. Make sure to get a room with a balcony facing the street called Paseo de la Reforma, it's very well worth it. Or you could go to the rooftop for amazing views of the city. And they have a car garage if you need one."
