Overall a great place to stay if you’re visiting Mexico City. It’s in a perfect location that is within walking distance of A LOT. The property was very clean and safe and had all the necessities to at you need for your stay. The host staff was really friendly and were very helpful if you needed anything like extra towels or any other sort of room servicing. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would even reconsider staying here again if I come back!

We had a wonderful stay at ULIV Mexico City! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Andrés, Saúl, and Montse for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Mexico City. The staff truly made the experience even more memorable. The room was nice, had everything we needed. It was clean except the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The location was really good. Close to all restaurants. And easy to get an Uber etc. There was some sound from the balcony door. That could have been sealed better. Otherwise I would recommend this place to stay. Everything else was great.

Mostly everything was fine. It was a really nice studio with plenty of space, except that bathroom was disproportionately small compared to the room, but certainly within reason. The location was ideal. My only issue was that it was loud all night - like there must have been a nightclub near my room (I was on floor 1). Loud music was blaring all night long. For that reason and only that reason, I'd not stay here again.

The location is great. There is laundry, we stayed in the grand apartment and it was nice and spacious. It was great for the few days we were there. A few things to know though, there is no safe in the room. Our friends and us noticed the patio doors did not lock. We don’t usually get every day room cleaning anyways but after a few days it would have been nice. You can pay extra for that but we didn’t choose that option. Again overall this was a great hotel, just want others to be informed.
