This Hotel passed it's glory days!!!
Back in the day it was a SUPER hotel, not so much anymore. The hotel is in dire need of a complete overhaul. The hotel in general is starting to show it's age. The room that we got was very rundown and old looking, especially the bathroom. On the other hand the staff is super friendly especially the ones in the restaurant. Bell servicemen where very courteous and check in was flawless.

I got a 25 percent iff voucher off expedia, which they didnt have in their reservation. They honoured it without a hustle. The service by everyone was absolutely 5 star. Everyone was very friendly, they call u to checl if u need to clea your room but still respecting your privacy. For a hotel standard, food was delicious, and plenty of variety. That will be the only hotel i will stay if i ever go to mexico cuty moving forward.
