The bed the pillows, the staff, the food and is centrally located. We like to walk so to Chapultepec 20 min to downtown is 1 hour. We did enjoy our stay in the hotel.

This hotel is nice. The bar downstairs is very nice with very friendly bartenders. The thing that upset me with this hotel was the security staff. Yes, the added security is nice. And for some it might be reassuring to have that extra visual safety. However, I feel as though security had an extra eye on me because I returned very late from clubs and had a guest. They very noticeably talked on their “secret” earpieces about me as I was both leaving the elevators and returning to the elevators very late at night. The hotel sits very close to a party area of the city, which was the reason for me staying there. However, I will chose a different location when I come back to Mexico City in a couple months.

Great hotel - bad referral
Everything about this hotel was perfectly acceptable except they referred me to a doctor and that was a very difficult situation, and that this doctor sent me to a Hospital in Coyoacán. Which was ridiculous, considering it was like an hour, each way to get there, and there were many good hospitals nearby. Otherwise was fine
