Avoid this place; discriminatory practices!
The service was absolutely terrible. The hotel was undergoing repairs so power was out the first night. Second night hot water supply was affected by the lack of power the previous night. None of this was addressed at check-in nor apologized for at any point until brought up with staff... and even then they questioned whether my "claim" that there was no power the first night was true. Turndown service was poorly done, the breakfast buffet vastly overpriced and overrated, and reception staff were extremely rude, snobby (who knows why because working at this hotel is nothing to be a snob about) and discriminatory. I travel to Mexico several times a year for work and for vacation, and I have never experienced such poor service. It was appalling to be treated like a second-class citizen by the hotel staff simply based on disgusting stereotypes without truly taking the time to realize I was a PAYING CUSTOMER. I would never recommend this place to anyone their visit to Mexico City. There are literally DOZENS of other places where you will be treated with respect and will be your money's worth.

Missing items
Hotel was in great condition. Loved the area and thought our room was very comfortable. Unfortunately while there some of my makeup went missing (at least $30 USD worth). I told the front desk 3 times and they never followed up with me. I thought this was terrible customer service. If you do stay make sure you lock up ANYTHING you don’t want stolen - even if it’s items that you don’t normally think to put in the safe such as makeup and hair items.

I recommend !
Nice hotel, very comfy bed and pillow + nice bathroom. I had a nice stay + near by restaurant and bars (2,3 blocs) Only complaint would be that the pool have only sun exposure u til noon, then it is blocked from the hotel.

Great staff and location!
Staff was friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants! There is a bank with ATM, 7-11 convenience store, taqueria, and a churraria all within a couple blocks of the hotel. Neighborhood is safe and within walking distance of restaurants/bars in Roma and Condessa.

Just ok
Hotel was a little sterile looking. Also, the area surrounding is lively but not at all quite, would have been better if it had been located on the Reforma Plaza strip versus in the middle of the bar scene. Don’t bother paying extra for the suite with a balcony. Balcony has no patio furniture nor is it big enough to actually use. Hotel also has a closed theatre attached to it. They have done nothing to cover it up, just a ripped up vacant door entrance and ticket booth, looks pretty terrible. Staff were friendly though and room was always cleaned quickly.
