"The hotel is great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The amenities are great and the pool area is great. I do have one concern which was who has access to the pool? It looked like the pool was open to not just hotel guests. Also, most of the staff was friendly except for some but other than that I enjoyed the stay. Will more than likely book here again next time I am in Cape Town."

"It was truly amazing with breathtaking oven views and sounds p. Also has a natural mountain river running right through it. The staff were all amazing at the reception this coloured lady was so nice and Supreme also had wonderful customer care.
Their breakfast though small was one of the best Iv ever experienced. Most fresh ingredients

I also loved that we were able to leave our luggage the morning we checked out and came back to get it in the eventing for our late night flight. It was the perfect ending to our vacation: the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms tastefully and luxuriously furnished, the staff attentive, and the grounds beautifully maintained. "We booked at The Winchester last minute because of canceled flights and we were thrilled we did. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was amazing. The location in Sea Point was great. Lots of walking and decent access to restaurants and shopping.
We took in the sunset every night at the hotel bar, which had wonderful food and great cocktails. We will certainly consider staying here again."
