"We booked at The Winchester last minute because of canceled flights and we were thrilled we did. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was amazing. The location in Sea Point was great. Lots of walking and decent access to restaurants and shopping.
We took in the sunset every night at the hotel bar, which had wonderful food and great cocktails. We will certainly consider staying here again."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great location in a safe area, next to the Promenade and the tourist bus. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The views from the rooms are unmatched. The service staff might be the best part of this place. They go out of their way to accommodate you as a guest. Lots of amenities between games, gym, pools, on-site bars and restaurants. This was my first time here, but I will make sure to return on my next visit to Cape Town."

The rooms are spacious. There’s a separate dressing room and a big full bathroom. Le Labo bath products and room scent. We had a harbour view and it was stunning. Easy 5m walk to the V&A. Beautiful breakfast spread and views.

"We had a wonderful time! However; there are a few issues that prevents me from giving 5 stars. The AC wasn’t working properly therefore our room was hot. The parking situation to get to and from the rooftop was quite a task, the parking elevator was not working; there was black stuff between the tiles in the shower- a little bleach would take care of that and finally the food on the 2nd floor was somewhat subpar. Nonetheless; the was wonderful and professional at all times. Special shoutout to...

"Well run hotel with v. Good staff. Breakfast was OK. My room on 10 was very nice and the new dining/bar space on 11 is a terrific place to enjoy the view and light fare. Parking is difficult. I would stay here again."
