"There was construction going on during our stay so fire alarms kept going off. Otherwise than that the staff was very nice and the room was small but a wonderful view! "
"10 minutes walk from main subway lines. Victoria like has connections to everywhere in Lo do .diferente eating options and restaurants in the area. Staff were friendly facilitating check in and out. My stay was 6 nights and I would definitely return to this hotel next time in London."
"Nice Hyatt for one night. Great check-in. Forgot my converter so front desk let me borrow one. Nice dinner (salmon dish + friend got the chicken). Both dishes were nice as was the Chardonnay. Be aware the bus from terminal 5 only comes once an hour (25 minutes past the hour) so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was £20. "
