"Admittedly we messed up on the process for self checking as we were confused by Hotels confirmation of our booking, However, we had no communication with the property owner between February when we made the booking and paid in full to the 72hrs before we were arriving. We notified the owner that we were travelling from Australia, provided flight details and an ETA for checking to the apartments. This was not acknowledged and we had no communication at all with the property. Even when we realised our error and rang, texted and messaged through hotels, we got no response. The lesson for us is to check the fine print on the booking and also not to rely on Hotels confirmation emails. Disappointed at the lack of communication and this makes it hard to see things in a favourable way."

"Lovely hotel by Legoland Windsor, perfect getaway to Legoland or Windsor castle. Amazing breakfast options, clean property, and spacious play area for children. The only downside is the number of charging ports (only 4 spaces by the reception) and two were occupied by a rental EV but not charging (they parked overnight, blocking other guests to use the spot). And the leisure club only has gym and swimming pool, no spa facilities such as sauna, steam room, nor hot tub. But overall, a gem in middle of Windsor. Please do add more of charging ports in the parking space and add spa facilities."

"It was me and my son’s first holiday/ trip away together to visit Legoland. The staff were so helpful and accommodating to me and my son. Whether it was booking us a taxi to go to Legoland , giving us an umbrella to borrow heading into town or even getting the room ready quicker when we arrived before check in time. Staff very kind and helpful! Much appreciated!"
