"Really great stay overall, very family friendly and has everything needed to have fun without leaving the resort often. Be prepared to pay more for on-site items in the convenience store onsite. One issue with the AC was resolved to our satisfaction, but it took a lot longer and more communication than expected. We would strongly consider staying at The Grove again "

The location is truly exceptional — centrally located, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. It’s the ideal base for both leisure and exploring the city.
Service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay. The staff were attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was at the front desk, room service, or housekeeping, everyone made sure we felt well taken care of.
One of the highlights was definitely the amazing pool area. It’s large, clean, and surrounded by comfortable loungers — perfect for enjoying the pleasant, warm climate. We spent several afternoons there and it felt like a true retreat.

"While I did like this property and enjoyed my stay, I believe the water park should be free for guest since it’s just a lazy pool, wave pool and 2 waters slides. I don’t think the price to enter the water park was worth it. I was also disappointed that the windows did not have shades that could be lowered, just blinds. The blinds left space on the sides where others could see out and in. I had to use a towel to block the space to provide privacy. "
