Cleanliness good but VERY hot capsules.
Service was very friendly. Managed to sleep for some nights but the temperature inside the pods were far too hot that it was unbearable on 1 night. The plug socket wasn't working in my pod but still managed to charge my stuff through the usb port. Staff were very polite and good english. Would recommend but only if you can withstand the pod rooms!

Affordable capsule hotel in the heart of Asakusa
Nice location, good amenities, cheap fare. I usually wear earplugs so no issues with noise. Plenty of showers and sinks. Provided with towels and pajamas. Only one toilet upstairs for men but 4 in the capsule floor (just hope you don't get the capsule next to them). Has gym with pull-up bar and treadmills. Good place to meet fellow travelers. Only negative was the lockers were along walkway to shower and sink area and if people are opening the lockers it's hard to get past.

Stayed one night
Comfortable bed but difficult to sleep if someone is snoring loudly in a neighboring capsule. Clean locker rooms and bathrooms. Walking distance to Sensoji temple and other attractions. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Good budget lodging place in Tokyo
Everything was good except in the ladies bathrooms, everyone’s occupying the vanity wash basin area for at least half an hour to do their hair and makeup in the morning with any consideration for others (users issue). Overall is a good budget lodging place.

Great location and price!
I was traveling with my college aged son. Perfect place to sleep and shower. Private toilets with Toto toilet and private shower stall with great water pressure and hot water. Inside each pod there is a USB port and a standard 2 prong plug. It was roomy enough to sleep comfortably. The locker area does get crowded at times, but I usually avoided that by showering early. If you stay for multiple days, you have to check back in after cleanup, which I think is 1300. Mandatory leave the cubicles and locker areas time is 1000. They allow you to use the locked lockers while you are out doing your thing. It was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

good location, staff were always really nice, everything was really clean. slippers, towels and loungewear are also available for free as well as shampoo and bodywash. the only thing that was a bit annoying was that you had to check in and out everyday. check out had to be done by latest 10am and check in was only possible earliest at 1 pm. also the place were the lockers were, was kinda super small so it was sometimes uncomfortable to pack and change. otherwise i really enjoyed the stay and would probably come again.

Surprising Spacious + V Clean
I was shocked how much I enjoyed my stay. I am claustrophobic but really wanted to try a capsule hotel because, well, they’re something you always hear about! First off, ZERO issues with the bed pod. It is basically a bunk bed with the entry at the foot of the bed + a privacy screen. Lockers, showers, and so on are on another floor, so it is actually very quiet for sleeping (not like any hostel I’ve been to). Everything was also super clean, the locker / shower room was very nice (sort of a gym / spa vibe), staff was friendly, and location was great—walking through Asakusa was a nice was to start and end the day.

The staff don’t speak English. The wifi sucks the beds not comfortable. It was a good experience trying a capsule hotel. But not for me.
