The JR Shiomi station is just 1 block away and on the Keiyo line is only 3 stops to Tokyo Disneyland (no transfers needed). 3 stops to Tokyo Station. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a Maretsu grocery store. The hotel has an Onsen (hot bathing pool and sauna) which is included in your hotel price. Would stay again!
