Dissatisfied
Felt as though I wasn’t welcome… not a good overall experience and things that should have been a possibility was impossible! I felt treated inadequate to others… atmosphere was very strange to say the least! The first holiday I can say I was glad to be home from… Yes times are hard for all at the moment and I expected change but a little bit of common decency wouldn’t go amiss. Felt as though I was almost punished for being British and my hard earned money wasn’t valued. Minimal service and had to ask for towels… not once in 6 days was our room attended too until the day before we left! Room view was overlooking dull green tree land… covered in ants and bugs! Sofa bed in lounge was filthy and underneath was dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned for years! Shower flooded out onto the bathroom floor each time it was used! Checked in late and I requested to switch immediately told you go back the next morning which I did and was told that they was full and nothing available yet others checked in afterwards throughout the week! Had to pay extra to check out late… only gave us till 2:30 although we had asked for longer but wouldn’t allow. Only one key given which was difficult if someone wanted to stay in whilst others went to the swimming as can’t get access otherwise and also electricity turns off so couldn’t leave phones to charge whilst out having only one key. When I complained I got spoken too dismissive and said they couldn’t understand and spoke to me with a “ What”!! Rude!
