An excellent hotel in every aspect, good value for money, good restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, excellent staff and room well equipped. We stayed in a 24 Sq. Mt room which was ideal for two people and three suitcases.

First Class Hotel
The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The location is central and excellent and close to everything by train. There are 2 close subway stops. The room amenities including soap, lotion, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, pillows, the comfortable bed are all first class. The hotel restaurant on the 1st floor is affordable and the food is great.

Great hotel in a great location.
Bigger rooms compared to the other Tokyo hotels. Has everything you need. Ultra clean 6 minutes walk to Nishiguchi Shinjuku station. 5 minutes walk to Hilton Tokyo to catch the Airport Limousine bus. 7-11 in the basement so it’s easy and convenient.

Just ok
Not bad. Located away from most things but only ten minute walk from subway. Good water pressure but tiny rooms. TINY. typical Japanese obstinate staff. Remember that there are two japans: one where rules are very important, the other, where they’re only important when they apply to YOU. restaurant only fair and overpriced. Better off going to the Starbucks next door, and I am not a fan of Starbucks.

I booking this hotel because the nice reviews of the nice bathroom but doesn’t look that way when I check in. I had a terrible experience of their bathroom the toilet smells very bad I can’t stay there long. The bathroom has the mold smells. I won’t stay here again.

What is unique of this roperty is its facilities and it’s location. Nice surrounding environment. Easily accessible but quiet street. Close to convenience stores and small restaurants too. Room service is generally good, except once they forgot to clean and tidy up the room. We went out to tour around the city at 10:30amwith the magnetic sign posted at the front door of the room. and return at about 2:45pm. The room was left untidied. We asked to have it prepared and the hotel front desk concierge promised it would be done in 15 minutes. We went out for a coffee break for 30 minutes and returned. The room was only partly tidied. We have the impression that the room service staff was rushing off duty at 3pm as he said it was almost 3 and reluctant to finish his work. The hotel could have ensured the job was completed with some other staff of the hotel. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the service and provisions of the hotel.
