Pretty good with some improvements needed
Overall we had a good stay here, it’s quite stylish yet simple. We stayed in a twin room which had a tv, the only issue was the beds, after a couple of nights our backs began to ache. Bathrooms are lovely and they have plenty of them on each floor with great showers. The place is quite clean and I know they make an effort because I saw them cleaning, however I think more attention to detail is needed to make Ian just a little better, corners of rooms for dust/hairs and hair in the bathrooms still there after cleaning time. There’s a shared kitchen which was good too! The staff were great, friendly, helpful and to be honest they make it. Having said that one staff member we met on our last night was very abrupt with us about labelling our food in the fridge; he barked it at us like an order in from of other guests which upset me. There’s a way of talking to people and that isn’t it.

Overpriced and Cold
The room was freezing cold and I wasn’t given a towel or any amenities for using the shower. The bathroom was even more freezing cold so I didn’t even bother asking. Very overpriced when there are much better hostels out there.

Overally, the hostel was quite clean but semi-double rooms are abit small.

Nicely kept space, good value for the price
Pros: Everything in the hostel looked very new and nicely styled; extremely helpful staff; good value Cons: Very narrow halls, stairs, and rooms; no elevator; a little out-of-the-way, not bad if you're traveling light but a hassle if you're pulling luggage
