Holiday Inn Edinburgh Zoo by IHG

Holiday Inn Edinburgh Zoo by IHG

8/10 Good
"Overall I cannot fault this place. The reason I have given only 4 stars and not 5 is for the fact the bar after 11pm will not accept card or cash payments for alcohol. All drinks to be added to your room. Plus levels of staff were low especially with the number's in the bar after a gig. Dont get me wrong, the staff who were working were great. Just needed more."

"Lovely hotel, well located for both city centre attractions and Murrayfield. All the staff I encountered were brilliant. My daughter and I were in a bunk-bed room, which met our needs, although it was on the small side for two people. "The property is located close to historical sites plus venues for eating. The rooms are "modern" and clean. The staff was always helpful with answering my questions. The only issue I had is that the rooms do not have a chair to sit upon. If you want to sit and work on a computer you either sit on a stuffed stool (causes back pain) or sit on the bed that converts electronically into a large "sofa" of sorts. A chair would have been fine. Other than that the room was very comfortable."
