This is a fabulous property. We stayed in Studio 2, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay perfect. Easy check in via keyless entry pad, no keys to loose. We now understand why it’s called Hush! Despite being on the busy Royal Mile, we heard no street noise at all. Easy walk access to transport, bars and restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with lovely bedding and towels. The décor was tasteful, and the tea, coffee and complimentary wine were lovely touches. Everything we could possibly need had been thought of and provided. A wonderful place to stay so we highly recommended! I found a private parking space on (My parking space) app and we left our car parked there as we didn’t need it to explore Edinburgh. We used the local tour buses and the tram.

Just about ok for a lot of money. Nice set up, not bad location, good facilities, clean and new. So why a 3 star? Some annoying things that need a change. There is a intruder alarm sensor that lights up bright blue every time you roll over in bed! The lack of a lock or chain on the room door is a safety concern. The noise from others accessing the same entrance echoes through the room and it feels like they are entering your room. The noise of draining water from pipes to rooms above is intrusive. The lighting is very confusing with one switch by the door to trek up and down to reach. No instructions on the oven, TV etc. Way too hot with no real control of a thermostat. The connected Mile Yard cafe bar does NOT do any of the nice looking breakfasts on a Sunday morning which was disappointing as was two coffees and two pastries for nearly £20! Hope for more.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stay Hush! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the Royal Mile and the station, which made exploring Edinburgh incredibly convenient. The loft was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with an amazing view. Check-in was also super easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend Stay Hush and would happily stay here again!
