Loud music throughout night and lack of staff help
I stayed at this hotel and I have to report the walls were so thin that the hotel room next door was having a party and playing music loudly from the hours of 1am-5am and I could not get in contact with anyone from the hotel to report this so u didn’t get any sleep I tried to contact reception but nobody was there. I have since tried to report this to the hotel and they insist that I’m lying because they have staff roaming the halls and they didn’t report noise. However, I never once saw staff in our hallway and there definitely was loud music

Lovely hotel
We had a lovely stay here. About 10- 15 walk into the centre. Staff friendly. We stayed in delux double room - shower was amazing! The mattress was quite firm - which maybe too hard for some people. Prices on the app are different to the hotel current prices - e.g. for breakfast. Definitely cheaper to eat elsewhere. We had a simple sausage sandwich down the road for £7 for x2. Overall had a lovely stay & would recommend

The hotel was let down by the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable and had a big gap down the centre, as two singles had been pushed together. Worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel for ages.
