Very nice hotel but noise till 3am every night from bar/club Was terrible. Hotel did not inform us that this would be the case. Spoiled our stay. Won’t be using again

Road was closed due to an extremely loud Christmas fair steps from hotel. Had to haul our luggage down a side street and up a flight of stairs. Stood in lobby with a bunch of other people waiting to check in only to realize had to walk through the bar. Our suite was just feet from this loud fair that started around noon and went to 10pm each night and after that a loud party continued through out the night. Couldn’t control the thermostat from our room so we were either freezing or boiling. Staff were for the most part nasty. I can say the room was nice and the bathroom huge but this hotel is only for someone under the age of 25 though it wasn’t cheap. We left half way through our 4 day stay to a much nicer hotel with amazing customer service.Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Fabulous hotel
Beautifully decorated for Xmas, lovely staff, great rooms, afternoon tea was fab as was breakfast. Boiler burst through the night so no hot water in the morning however they quickly fixed it and called our room to let us know, will definitely be back!
