My stay was excellent, and I’ve stayed here twice so far. The property is top notch, modern, clean, and peaceful. The property management definitely takes great care of the property. Nice and clean This is a property that has been renovated not a new building by the looks of it. They did a good job but you can see in a few places it’s age - like the pool some of the tiles are falling off and the pump system wasn’t running.

The suite is in a very clean condition and we liked the location a lot. Also there is free gated parking on the property. On the downside there was no hot water for most of the stay. Other little things like the electronic door lock not working because of low battery (fixed I 2 days) and the air conditioning dripping (fixed in 1 day.) Staff is very responsive and fixed or try to fix everything as quickly as possible. One thing I found strange is that if you are staying longer your room is serviced only once a week even though you pay the same nightly price as someone who only stays 1 night. Again the friendly staff cleaned the room once upon request. Overall I would stay there again.

I’m happy with my stay at this property. The location is very convenient; close to the beach, quiet, and safe, as it’s in a private area with restricted access during the night. Just keep in mind that the building feels more like a residential condominium than a hotel. There’s no food or beverage service on-site, and at check-in, we were informed that housekeeping is only provided once per stay, even though we stayed four nights. On the plus side, the kitchen was fully equipped, which we really appreciated, and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Thank you, Gerardo, for everything!
