Great place to stay!
Our first time at the JW Marriott and it won't be our last! The valet service was amazing - all of the men knew our name after our first time leaving our car! They were pleasant, friendly and did a great job! Our room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and we were amazed at how quiet it was! We were able to sleep well! We enjoyed the deli in the hotel. It was the only place we ate while there but we were pleased to see the other restaurants offered and plan to try a few of them on our next trip. We chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to some golf courses that we play and we really enjoyed being in Summerlin rather than on the strip. This will be our "go-to" place for our future road trips to Las Vegas for sure!

I would expect more from this property. Not up to JWMarriott standards. Spilled chocolate ice cream on the sidewalk outside the valet that remained for days. Dust and hair in the soaker tub. Speaker in bath had a loud hammering sound every time we turned the TV on/off. Safe in the room had door open and door was in locked position making it unusable. House-keeping checked us out of our room before we wanted to be checked out and so we had problems using the $30 room credit that we were promised upon check-in. Housekeeping used key to enter room while my daughter was still sleeping. Worst of all - I paid for room in advance thru Hotels.com and hotel charged me again upon check-out. Didn't notice it until I reviewed my credit card bill. I consider that a form of fraud!

I love this JW Marriott away from the city but not too far. I have been multiple times and highly recommend it. It’s always great to go back there after a night in the city or a day in the mountains. I love that there are regular stores, movie theater, etc walking distance. I will definitely go back!
