Very Good
Lacking customer service
Overall pretty good experience. Room was cute although pretty bare bones. No fridge which was a bummer. Maids never replaced toiletries in the bathroom which was also a bummer. And biggest complaint would have to be customer service. The phone in o ur room was broken so I had to call using my cell phone to reach the front desk and they said it wasn’t able to be fixed for 3 days. Then there was a great deal of miscommunication in terms of getting a late check out. The concierge told me to get a checkout later that 12 to go to the bio desk and they would give us a 1 or 2 o’clock. The counter was understaffed and a huge line. We decided to come back later but there was always a line. So I called using my cell phone from the room because we still had no phone in our room and was hung up on by a staff member who couldn’t explain to me why someone at the concierge said a late check out was no problem and now all of a sudden there was no way because too many people coming in on a Sunday. Not a big deal but I don’t appreciate being lied to and I would think all staff members would be aware of a large influx of people arriving there for not allowing any late check out. Their staff could definitely use some practice with dealing with customers politely as well as making sure all staff members have correct information. Other than that it’s pretty basic accommodation but it’s in a great spot and there’s a ton of great food.

Very Disappointed
Very disappointed. Rooms and hallways seemed old and dingy - as if this place had never been renovated. No mini-fridge! Terrible smell in room hallway and on lobby hallways. That’s just unacceptable. $24 Valet not included in resort fee! Other much more expensive vegas hotels include - saving you a lot of money. Good location next to tmobile arena and Eataly. But otherwise bad!Too many other choices to ever stay here again.

Exceptional
Satisfied customer
We went on Thanksgiving Day to attend an Aerosmith concert for my 60th birthday. The best part is we never had to leave the hotel. The Park Theater was a perfect venue. All the seats were great just some were a lot better. I love the new food court called Eataly. There is a great variety of Italian Street food or sit down dining. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and it didn’t smell like a smokey bar. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend!

Good
The hotel was nice enough. We were on a nonsmoking floor but our room still smelled of smoke when you walked in. Also, the artwork in the room wasn’t kid friendly. The cleaning staff were great and and always thorough. The overall hotel is nice but the smoke smell in our room made it less pleasant. Great location on the strip with easy access to everything. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Good
Room was hot no matter how low we put thermostat. Thinking maybe because thermostat was located directly below vent. Room had a beautiful view.
