Mixed Feelings
this is a 5 star casino resort and the rooms we had were amazing, check in was wonderful, friendly staff and so on, we booked two "Terrace One Bedroom Fountain View" rooms and we requested high floor and close to each other, we got rooms on separate floors (23&25) not a good start also my room was not clean the bedside table had stains on it and marks from drinks/glasses + a black hair on it disgusting, the balcony seems also never be cleaned in the last months or so the glas wand was dirty the sitting area had burn marks on it (I booked a non smoking room), the soaking tub area was also not clean in regards to customised service and customer service, it was my 40th birthday, look I don't really expected any comps or anything but at least it would be nice if they had notice, I mean they have personal greeters at the check in and so on ... but nothing there is also not kitchenware in the kitchenette

The Cosmopolitan is "All That"!
The Cosmopolitan seems to be popular with people aged 35 - 50. The rooms were exceptionally quiet while the main floor was always loud and lively. We enjoy room service a few times during our hotel stays when we travel. Our room service experience at Cosmopolitan was the best we have ever had. It was fast and accurate. Every staff member with whom we interacted was friendly, effective, enthusiastic and efficient, from the people who took our order to those who delivered the food and then returned to collect the dishes after we had finished. The food was absolutely terrific, every time. The restaurants at the Cosmopolitan are beautiful and continued the experience we had with room service dining. The Chandelier bar is breathtaking and lots of fun. Great bartenders, too!

Unsatisfied!
I had stayed at bellagio before my stay at cosmopolitan and i didnt enjoy one bit. I was with my family and its not a hotel for family people. The interior is really dark no doubt dark is classy but when you come after bellagio, you are so overwhelmed by the spacious hotel and the grand reception that cosmopolitan doesnt sink in. The pool was fairly small. There was no lobby or sitting area and reception assistance was not enough. The rooms were pretty conjusted. Again i would say that maybe i am biased coz of mt stay at bellagio but bellagio's deluxe rooms were much bigger. Also the entrance to the hotel is not from the las vegas blvd which again was a negative. The breakfast was really good. That was the only thing i liked. But again there was a screw up. We had separtse reservations through hotels.com for two nights. Each time the reservation was under a different name wjich entirled me to free breakfast on both days. At the time or check in, i made this clear snd the receptionist agreed. But at the time of checkout they charged me. And obviously when they have ur credit card number, there isnt much you can do. Not recommended for families. Bellagio is the favourite!
