Not happy.
My room had over 6 different bugs, not sure if they were a type of moth. There were a couple regular moths as well in the room. I was too tired to go back to the front desk to get a new room. Then I was stuck in their elevator for over a hour with 9 people. It was hot after about 45 minutes someone in the elevator opened the door to get some air. The fan on the ceiling wasn’t running.

The room was nice. The check in was the worst I've ever seen. A 40 min wait in line to use a computer to self serve. Only one grumpy guy to assist all ten stations, and he clearly hated his job. The registration process will prevent me from ever staying here again.

Pais $20 to be able to check in early only to get to my room and have a broken smoke detector to be hanging off from ceiling and entire room to smell like cigarette smoke. The time spent to go down and switch rooms had me in my room at reg check in time. I stayed with my family of 4 for 4days/3nights and not once did housekeeping show up to clean our room. Pool area has no shade and pool wasnt very clean. Hotel is old and musty. Needs upgrades. Casino is not filtered well at all so smoke is overwhelming compared to other casinos. Will not stay here again.
