I would not recommend this resort at all! They only care about the families with children….children run around wild at this resort and they will not even let u get tipsy!!! Drinks are watered down and they don’t even have signature drinks smh…. If u ask for a shot the put ice in them bc they said it’s a family oriented resort!!! What does having a shot have to do with that … I paid for a full ocean view and they put me in a partial view ocean room … when I complained about it the guy simply asked me if I could still see the ocean …wow the nerve …I’m pissed bc I paid an extra cost for the full view and didn’t get it … and while chatting with some friends that were there they had the same complaints and the water was hit or miss bc it was freezing cold

We traveled with 6 and 9 years old sons and we loved all the pools, waterslides, lazy river, hot tub, and water slider. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and food was very good overall. Pros: This is the perfect resort if you have small kids. If you’re looking for an adults only or romantic vacay this isn’t really the resort for you. They have a fun splash pad, kids club and are extremely kid friendly everywhere (restaurants, pool area, rooms). The restaurants are definitely some of the best all inclusive food we’ve had and we’ve stayed at quite a few. The entertainment was great with either shows or live music. The grounds were well kept with plants and cool lights. Cons: the facilities need better upkeep. Water damage everywhere. We saw water coming out of the ceiling on 2 occasions while eating dinner and the room was so humid that the sheets were damp when we laid down. Almost every area with cushions just smelled musty from the humidity. Would we go back yes, hope they fix the water issues

We loved our stay! It was a great way to end the summer! We were a family of 4 with two kids and stayed for 5 days. The trip went so smoothly and off without a hitch. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and provided champagne. Checkin was fairly quick we waited about 20 minutes and actual check in was only about 10-15 minutes. Room: the room was as advertised, clean and upgraded to ocean view courtesy of nanagement. Food: the food options were great and food was well prepared! There was always a pretty good selection of food variety inclyding pizza, pasta, tacos, seafood, and beef. There was always a fresh salad ans fruit bar along with desert tables. Breakfast was usually oatmeal, waffles, french toast, pastries, eggs, tacos, fajitas, veggies, bacon etc. We are vegan and we found the options to be lacking but we definitely made due with the vegetarian selection provided. Facilities: there bathrooms, restaurants and common areas were mostly clean and located within a reasonable walking distance. Staff: staff were friendly, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and accomodating! Crowds: we went the last werk before school started and we didnt find the place too crowded. As previously mentioned you do need to get out to the pool area early to get a good sunchair and unbrella. The number of people leaving their stuff on the chairs to reserve them despite there being a policy against this was not the resorts fault but a lack of common courtesy.
