The resort overall was great. the staff all being on the same page would be nice. People were down by the pool reserving all the pool chairs at 6:30am. Staff worked to find spots to add more chairs but it was difficult. They should be better about removing stuff of unoccupied chairs and not allow to reserve for people are evening sitting.

No nos gustó. Hacen bodas todos los dias hasta domingos con musica muy fuerte molestando a los que se hospedan en el hotel. Tambien los que trabajan no miden el ruido y estan gritando y haciendo escandalo afuera de las habitaciones desde las 6am. El hotel no cuenta con suficiente staff entonces nadie te atiende, te hacen esperar minimo 45 minutos en los restaurantes (aunque esten vacios), no hay toallas limpias en las albercas y la comida no esta rica. All inclusive except the Spa and convenience store. Very secure place on how people are checked in. Very fun and quite lively place. Multiple dining options but the Asian cuisine wasn’t all that great. Oceana was a great option, if you don’t like them, there’s always the buffet! Staff were very friendly and always offered to help. Make sure to check out the event/activity times. Activities that I enjoyed were the pool group dancing, silent disco and live music.

I came here for a solo R&R trip and because I was alone, it felt like I got less attention and service from the staff. Additionally, the food options for room service and World Cafe are severely lacking and mediocre quality. Preferred club is the only way to go here in my opinion. The steak at Bluegrill and Bordeaux were excellent. The spa is a must experience. Tony gave me an amazing deep tissue and facial. While the trip was not a bust, I likely wouldn’t come here a second time. I would definitely visit the spa again though!

There for a wedding but not what I expected, water down soda or pop funny smell by the lazy river, zip line and some water slides sometimes closed for maintenance, I asked for well done burger and got some barely cooked nasty burger, broken long mirror in our room that was preferred we needed for wedding, complained and told me I had to upgrade to master suite to get a mirror that in the first place should’ve been there but the people before me broke and I guess it’s my fault. Wow what a joke for all inclusive.

Smelled like mildew upon arrival and poor service. The transportation company they used are a whole bunch of scammers. The driver purposely dropped us off at the wrong terminal while he had his crew guiding us inside so he could leave. Then the same crew told us it’s the wrong terminal and had to pay $60 to go to the right terminal. (THIEVES)

Do not recommend! Seriously! While we were there our electricity went out twice, they gave us the wrong room and forced us to switch at night while my baby was sleeping, both the elevators to go up to our room stopped working, our mini fridge stopped working so we lost the breast milk we had and to top it all off one of the shades wasn’t properly secured, it flew off and landed on my wife and baby. With that said, even if we weren’t so unlucky during this trip, the food was subpar and the beach was gross. I never post reviews of complain either but if I was considering calling my credit card to complain I’m definitely letting others know about the absolute waste of money this place is.
